As a group we travelled to Whitehill Golf Club to film for the 'Poker scene'. We asked two other friends (Charlie and Matteo) to be part of the game. Me and George also participated; George being the main protagonist. We set up the scene in the 'Functions' room, in which we used a poker table to play the game on. The filming took around 2 hours to complete and ran reasonably smoothly.
We tried out a variety of shot types and experimented with lighting and ways we could represent the protagonist suceeding or not suceeding in the poker game. One of those experimentations was the 360 degree camera pan; in that we placed the camera in the centre of the table and rotated it to capture all that sat around the table.
Another stand out shot captured George walking out with the briefcase in hand into bright light, creating a silhouette and a particularly powerful image.
